To make an enterprise ready for AI, it is important to change the organization and architecture towards data and process-driven AI readiness. This involves moving away from monolithic and bigger component-based software applications towards flexible value chains that utilize the capabilities of artificial intelligence, including machine learning and data-driven microservices. By doing so, processes must be traceable, reproducible, and monitorable, allowing for frequent improvements to be shipped to customers. This presentation will show our new AI infrastructure and AI oriented company architecture.
