Pesönliche Leidenschaft:
As physicist, I have always been fascinated by technology. My personal passion is to turn ideas into real products and business success.
During my career at Merck, I had the great opportunity to develop a broad set of new technologies and turn them into applications, e.g. by creating the latest display technologies which are used in today’s smartphones, tablets and LCD TV. This I could do at various positions, which cover the whole process of product development: from research to development, marketing, market introduction and business development. Based on this broad experience, I now do not only understand modern technologies and enjoy doing innovation and business, but I also shape the future of communication and smart living by innovative display products.
And one of the greatest things at doing so is, that I bring people together: globally, interdisciplinary, from internal functions and business units, both specialists and management, customers, universities and also partners along our whole industry value chain.
